This paring knife is made from 80CrV2 , a high carbon steel which provides toughness and good edge retention. The blade has a forced patina , which will add character to the knife as time goes by.
The handle is made from recycled chopping boards and coffee cup lids.
80CrV2 steel can rust unless you maintain it.
